WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and shipped within 3-7 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Greenpanda.com has warehouses in Beijing, China, Slubice, Poland, and Ontario, USA.

Polish warehouse supports all EU countries

U.S. warehouse supports shipping across the U.S.

All other countries and regions are shipped from the warehouse in Beijing, China. And please note, the time period for delivery from Beijing is usually longer than that in Europe and the United States.
